FritzGuard® is a safe and effective pH-buffered water conditioner that neutralizes toxic chlorine, chloramines, and heavy metals commonly found in tap water. Ideal for freshwater and saltwater aquariums, it helps create a healthy, stable environment for fish and invertebrates from the very first use.

Formulated with Aloe Vera and Vitamin E, this conditioner promotes healing, reduces fish stress, and supplies essential electrolytes for optimal osmoregulation. The natural slime coat—fish’s first line of defense against disease and environmental changes—is supported and replaced when damaged by handling, poor water conditions, or sudden parameter shifts.

Beyond conditioning, FritzGuard® enhances biofiltration by forming a beneficial slime layer on filter media, improving the attachment of nitrifying bacteria such as those in FritzZyme® biological products. The result is clearer water, stronger biological stability, and happier, healthier aquatic life.
