Use them for frozen pie crust or homemade pie crust from scratch. These useful baking accessories are individual, easy to place and arrange beads to work with any size pie crust. Heat transfers evenly so crusts bake to a perfect golden brown. Before first use, rinse pie weights in water and pat them dry. Line raw pie crust with parchment paper, arrange the weights on top in a single layer, and bake pie crust according to the recipe.
